Shimesaba with Konbu is made from fresh Saba fish fillet from Japan Aomori, de-boned and marinated with brewed vinegar, covered with kelp that brings out a layered taste of the fish. It taste juicy, flavorful and suitable to serve as sashimi after thawed.


Ingredients: Saba fillet, kelp, brewed vinegar, sugar, salt, seasonings (amino acid, etc)


  1. Free delivery entitles for order RM200.00 and above. 
  2. A delivery fee of RM20.00 will be imposed for orders below RM200.00.
  3. Delivery will take place in 1-2 working days upon the order placed, except for air-flown and platters category with the delivery date specified.
